From Supply Chains to Intelligent Systems
From Supply Chains to Intelligent Systems
Over the past decade, I’ve worked across apparel supply chains in Hong Kong, China, and India — navigating operations, sourcing, execution, and complexity at scale. After pursuing an MBA at HKUST Business School, Hong Kong, I transitioned into consulting and now working in enterprise technology at Infosys, focusing on ServiceNow and digital transformation. Today, I’m deeply exploring AI, systems thinking, enterprise workflows, and the future of intelligent operations.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked across apparel supply chains in Hong Kong, China, and India — navigating operations, sourcing, execution, and complexity at scale. After pursuing an MBA at HKUST Business School, Hong Kong, I transitioned into consulting and now working in enterprise technology at Infosys, focusing on ServiceNow and digital transformation. Took a deliberate career pause to pursue a full-time MBA at HKUST, followed by a transition into consulting and enterprise technology. Focused on learning how systems, strategy, and digital transformation shape modern organizations.

Currently working at Infosys as a Senior Consultant, contributing to ServiceNow initiatives with a strong interest in customer workflows, operational efficiency, and enterprise service management.
